Strategic Management Project – Apple Inc. (2020, In Persian)
As part of the Strategic Management course, my team and I applied decision-making tools such as SWOT, QSPM, IFE, and EFE matrices to develop strategies for Apple Inc. We also practiced broader frameworks, including Porter’s Five Forces and PESTEL, while analyzing case studies of companies like Tesla, Google, Siemens, Genentech, Facebook, Coca-Cola, and NamoAlloys. This project gave me hands-on experience in evaluating real business challenges, and it ultimately reshaped my academic and career interests by showing me the power of strategic thinking in global industries.
Principles of Financial Management Project – Foolad Khuzestan Steel Company (2021, In Persian)
In the Financial Management course, my team conducted a financial statement analysis of Foolad Khuzestan Steel Company, one of the largest steel producers in Iran. We examined data from 2017 to 2021, calculating key indicators such as liquidity, profitability, leverage, market, and activity ratios. The report also included vertical and horizontal analyses of the company’s financial statements. This project strengthened my ability to interpret complex financial data and provided valuable insight into how large-scale companies assess performance and make investment decisions.
